Current beta limits
Puzzle progress and display preferences are primarily stored on this device. Clearing browser or app storage removes them. Shared challenge results are device-reported and unverified. Verified standings and cross-device game sync are not live yet.
Sign-in trouble
Return to the same Sum45 hostname where sign-in began, allow cookies, and try again. Local development must use localhost consistently rather than switching between localhost and 127.0.0.1. Never send us your Google, Microsoft, or Apple password.
Report a game problem
Include the seed, edition, difficulty, engine version, device, browser or iOS version, and the exact action that caused the issue. A screenshot is helpful when it does not contain private information.
Account and privacy requests
For profile changes, start in Profile settings. For deletion, export, or access requests, read the account deletion page so we can identify the correct account without collecting unnecessary information.
