The beta service
Sum45 provides Sudoku games, local progress, seeded challenge links, account profiles, and experimental community features. The beta may change, pause, lose locally stored progress, or contain errors. Back up anything you need to keep and do not rely on Sum45 for prizes or financial value.
Accounts and fair use
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your identity provider secure. Do not automate abusive traffic, impersonate others, evade moderation, interfere with the service, or use exploits to misrepresent a solve.
Current shared results are device-reported and unverified. They must not be described as official competition results. Eligibility rules will be published before verified standings launch.
Your contributions
You keep ownership of tips, posts, profile text, and other original content you submit. You give Sum45 a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and moderate that content only as needed to operate and promote the service.
Only contribute material you have the right to share. Follow the community rules, including the spoiler guidelines.
Sum45 materials
The Sum45 name, interface, puzzle presentation, software, and original editorial material belong to their respective owners and are protected by applicable law. These terms do not grant a right to copy the service or use its branding as your own.
Moderation and availability
We may remove content, limit access, suspend accounts, or preserve records when reasonably necessary for safety, security, legal compliance, or enforcement of these terms. Features can be changed or discontinued during beta.
Warranty and responsibility
The beta is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, preservation of local progress, or a particular competition outcome. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
